I am Javier Ferrando, a Technical Architect and Building Engineer specialising in comprehensive construction management, luxury construction and cost optimisation.

I have directed and managed construction projects in Cadiz, Malaga, Fuerteventura and other parts of Spain, participating in the construction of hotels such as Blue Zahara 5*, Bahía de Cádiz 4* and Maravilla Palace 5* GL, as well as luxury villas, residential buildings and comprehensive renovations.
After years working within the traditional construction system, I realised something important:
The end customer pays more than they should.
This is due to the application of commissions, accumulated margins, discounts that are not passed on to the customer and a lack of transparency in materials, labour and fees.
